Martha S. Kern, CFP®, ChFC
Financial Services Professional
Mapping out your financial future can be intimidating. As a New York Life Insurance Company agent, and a Registered Representative of NYLIFE Securities LLC, in the Jacksonville General Office, I am a trained professional who can help you identify your financial needs and then determine which insurance and financial products can best help you meet your objectives. Martha earned her Bachelor of Arts in physics and cognitive science from the University of Virginia in 2002. Upon graduation, she taught high school physics and math in Norfolk, Virginia for two years. In August 2004, Martha joined New York Life as a life insurance agent. Since then she has completed her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations. Martha currently serves as Assistant District Governor for the Rotary District 6970. She also serves on the boards of No More Homeless Pets and the Gainesville chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). She lives in Alachua with her husband Ryan and an ever-changing population of cats and kittens.
